acknowledgements (was Re: Two week review prior)

Prior to publishing a Compliance Last Call Working Draft would also be a good time to make sure the Acknowledgements appendix is complete. If you contributed to the Compliance document and wish to be included in our list of thanks and aren't currently, please let me know; off-list is fine.
