A number of working group participants have raised the possibility of adding broader user interface discussions to the WG charter: http://www.w3.org/2011/tracking-protection/charter.html As you're all aware, such a change didn't happen when we recently extended the WG charter's duration. In general, the most productive way to get a group's scope extended is to build broad support, across different stakeholders, for the changes you're interested in, and to make concrete, consensus-based proposals to the staff that can then be brought to the Advisory Committee for review.
