EDITORIAL share vs. pass (was: June Change Proposal: Section 2)

Hi editors,

I believe Amy has made the editorial and no-nonsense suggestion that we should be consistent in the draft about the use of "share" rather than "pass". (I don't think we need a new and distinct definition of "pass", but if we do, let us know.)
