Jonathan Mayer

Hello to the Group:

            I wanted to add my own words of appreciation for what Jonathan Mayer has contributed to the group and to privacy efforts more generally in the past two years.  There are times when I have disagreed with Jonathan, but he brings a rare intelligence and energy to his work.

            Congratulations to Jonathan on receiving his law degree this year from Stanford.  I had understood previously that he long planned to pursue other matters after July, and best wishes in his next endeavors.
