Hi David, In reviewing the draft today, I was curious about this note: "This document does not have any implied or specified behavior for the user-agent treatment of cookies when DNT is enabled." While I agree with this statement of the implications of the document, it doesn't seem particularly necessary or relevant to defining the HTTP header. Do we still need it? Thanks, Nick
