Re: Moving forward

Thanks, Aleecia, for the amazing work that you've done in this Working Group over the past 14 months. You put an incredible amount of energy, passion, skill and insight into leading this work

And welcome on board, Peter -- thanks for taking on this work.

I look forward to working with both of you as the work on Do Not Track progresses.

Regards,

It has been a privilege to serve all of you as we worked toward consensus decisions everyone can live with. I will continue to be an active participant in the group.

I first met Peter in 2005, and remain impressed by his ability to get things done. Matthias also remains as co-chair.

I started this work based at Mozilla, which is a great environment where ethics matter. W3C staff have invested substantial resources in the TPWG, above and beyond my expectations. In particular, thanks to Barbara, Ryan, Jonathan, Alex, Harvey, Sid, Tom, Thomas, Nick, Rigo, Wendy, Ian, and Matthias. It has been a pleasure to work with and for you. And thanks, always, to the participants of the Tracking Protection Working Group. We can all reminisce when our work is complete.
