The Doodle poll shows there is no uniformly good time for the working group. We are going with: 26 - 28 September in London Google will host, and Ian Fette has done quite a bit of work pulling this together. Thank you! The Google office location is: Google UK Ltd Level 3 123 Buckingham Palace Road London SW1W 9SH Yes, that is one location for all three days. Huzzah. Ian notes the office is behind Victoria station; Gatwick airport is convenient as the Gatwick Express goes straight to Victoria. From Heathrow, one may take the Piccadilly line and transfer, or the Heathrow Express with a transfer to the District or Circle lines at Paddington, but that will likely be difficult (crowded, narrow) with luggage. In Ian's words, "H'Ex only goes every 15 minutes and frankly doesn't save you much time, personally if I end up going into Heathrow I take the Piccadilly line and transfer to the District line at Hammersmith. This is by far the easiest station to transfer at as it's just walking over to the other side of the platform." For hotels, Ian suggests anything on the Victoria, District, or Circle lines. The Grosvenor is recently renovated and close to Google's offices. As always, you are free to stay wherever you would like. Thanks again to Ian and Google! Aleecia
