Agenda for 2012-Feb-29 call

Upcoming timeline:
	- Discussions of the TPE and Compliance documents Wednesday, February 29
	- Make last edits over the next few days, allowing group time to read and discuss internally within their own companies
	- Finalize with full group approval on Wednesday, March 7
 	- Request publication of the Second Public Working Draft

Note: there is still active work on the Compliance document tonight. I know, this makes review difficult, as well means west coast participants cannot review changes before the call tomorrow. Several of us are falling behind with a few other things going on.

For each of the documents, we will go through selected sections asking three questions:
	Can we publish this as it stands?
	If there are open issues with only one proposal, can we close the issue?
	If we cannot publish as things stand, what must we do to capture the range of views? That is: how do we get from where we are to being able to publish next week?
