Hi Team,
I conducted a triage on the issues that are PENDING REVIEW that apply
to the Tracking Preference Expression document.
I suggest to CLOSE the following ISSUES since I perceive that we have
reached agreement by email and/or in prior discussions:
 - Opt-back-in proposal discussed in earlier call:
   https://www.w3.org/2011/tracking-protection/track/issues/27
 - Interaction with Intermediaries and Caching:
   https://www.w3.org/2011/tracking-protection/track/issues/90
 - YES to response header on cacheable objects:
   https://www.w3.org/2011/tracking-protection/track/issues/106
 - YES to different response for exceptions
   https://www.w3.org/2011/tracking-protection/track/issues/111
[Note: Header and well-known URI response proposals
     say YES to this issue]
Please respond if you do not agree with my assessment to CLOSE these
issues. Please also volunteer to then write a counter-proposal for our
consideration ;-)
Regards,
matthias
