Editorial meeting to get trace-context spec ready for CR

As we approach CR we need to merge a number of changes and tune the spec to be ready for CR. We have PRs for most points and can discuss via GitHub and in our sync calls. I still believe having a day face-to-face would help. I propose either January 25th or February 1st – in San Francisco or Seattle – to finalize the spec for CR.

Please let me know who has time and which date you prefer.
