RE: PR of my proposed errata

I added a couple minor comments to the PR. We probably should have some sort of summary section that says what's changed since the initial REC. Could you add that? Something like what's in the Pointer Events spec's appendix.

Subject: PR of my proposed errata

As repeatedly threatened, here's my PR which combines all the various errata suggestions I put forward to the list (and which were ok'd/approved).

https://github.com/w3c/touch-events/pull/3

The only controversial, perhaps, decision I took is to hide the PFWG note at the start, as 4 months on we still don't seem to have any clear idea of what we'll be doing there...and I'd rather not see the note there, than have one that points to a blank page.
https://github.com/patrickhlauke/touch-events/commit/beaa75be016e1bf343e78658e8c0b68925d951a0

Another change that was not solidly approved on the list is https://github.com/patrickhlauke/touch-events/commit/ac115455a334d7abc18bda61bf9b891b1a301ceb

... I hope this gets the point that I'm hoping to make across, though.

Apologies for lumping these all together into a single PR...but as many of my errata are interrelated, it would probably have been far more laborious to make them all atomic, involving a lot of rebasing in between. Feel free to suggest changes directly on the PR, happy to make the amendments myself and push those changes to the request until we're happy to merge it in one go...

Cheers,

P
