LoL lots of discussion in april 2012 <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-texttracks/2012Apr/thread.html> and on into september <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-texttracks/2012Sep/thread.html> meta-data in the VTT file header.
