I'll also be a TPAC and I'll make this my top priority over other meetings. Earlier sounds better to me too. +dknox who will also be coming to discuss interop. We were thinking that perhaps we should give a short talk like this one <https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1r4ACjgcvzCu-6oneUeCl_TMUTzZWsNzoldIlMF2YIlo/edit> Dru did yesterday including being able to give demos of our API confluence tool (not directly web-platform-test, but still all about measuring interop so probably of interest to this group).
