TDM RESERVATION PROTOCOL Community Group - Working paper on TDM licenses and next meeting

Dear participants of the TDM reservation protocol Community Group,

Following-up up our last meeting on April 20, it was agreed to create a Google doc to continue the discussion on key information elements that could be expressed in a metadata format and conveyed in a machine readable licence for TDM. The elements identified will be used to create high level descriptions of licenses in machine readable format, covering simple and frequent cases.
