Apologies for letting this hang for a month, but unless anyone has any 
objections or further suggestions I will go ahead with proposing to 
schema.org the following property for JobPosting

*eligibilityToWorkRequirement: **Definition:* legal requirements such as 
citizenship, visa and other documentation required for an applicant to 
this job. *Expected Type:* Text
