In JDX, we have two properties in this context provide that provide references from the posting to an organization: (1) the existing schema.org/hiringOrganization<http://schema.org/hiringOrganization>; and  jdx:employmentUnit.  The schema.org<http://schema.org> property is explicitly defined as:

"Organization offering the job position."

The JDX property is (tentatively) defined as:

"Department, unit and/or facility where the employee reports and/or in which the job is to be performed."

Maybe a starting point?
