Summary of TAG activity from 10 Dec 2003 to 19 Jan 2004

This is a summary of the TAG's activity from 10 Dec 2003 (end
date of the previous summary [1]) to 19 Jan 2004.

The TAG held three teleconferences during this period. Summaries

1) Architecture Document

  The Last Call review period for the Architecture Document
  ends 5 March 2004, at 23:59 ET.

2) Issues

  The TAG did not accept or decide any issues during this period.

  The TAG discussed the following issues: rdfmsQnameUriMapping-6,
  whenToUseGet-7, uriMediaType-9, URIEquivalence-15,
  qnameAsId-18, errorHandling-20, contentTypeOverride-24,
  xmlIDSemantics-32, and siteData-36.

3) Findings

  The TAG published one new (draft) finding during this period.
  Tim Bray began work on a draft finding for issue siteData-36:

  Norm Walsh also revised one draft finding:
   "Using Qualified Names (QNames) as Identifiers in Content"

4) Communication

  The TAG invited several Internationalization Working Group
  participants to a teleconference to discuss the TAG's   
  Last Call review of the Character Model specification.

5) Upcoming events

  The TAG will hold an extended video teleconference on 9
  February. The TAG will meet face-to-face on 2 March during the
  Technical Plenary Week. The TAG is also planning to hold joint
  meetings with a number of other W3C Working Groups to discuss
  issues of common interest.
