Due to Thanksgiving holiday week this week in Korea, I couldn't review it
thoroughly, but after a quick scan it looks ServiceWorker covers quite the
same scope of the requirements and use cases. However, I reckon our focus
from SysApps point of view would be 1) the application model the group aims
to deliver - maybe specifying script for ServiceWorker in the standards
manifest ? 2) the ways to support the group's APIs atop ServiceWorker. I'll
try to dig into more detail next week.

I agree. We need to inform Alex and Co. asap at least about the group's
proposal and the working model. And the discussion with TAG in the list and
TPAC would be of great help.
