Sorry if this sounds like a detail while everyone is progressing on the technical aspects for the specifications, but if we want people to review the WG proposal in the end, we will need to explain what it is. ]] In the context of the joint meeting between SysApps and WebApps on Nov 11 [1] regarding "Manifest", I agree with Virginie that some type of vision / architecture document would be useful. If such a document exists, please let me know where I can find it. (BTW, there's a bit of an implication in Virginie's e-mail the scope and/or `plan of record` of this group has changed since it was chartered a year ago.
