Regarding the task scheduler API [1], the major issues reported during the
last F2F were addressed:
- Remove timezone support

I don't think there are major outstanding issues in the specification at
this point.
Removing timezone support simplified the API a lot and got rid of
complicated edge cases.



(Wonsuk) Sounds great. I think task scheduler spec is almost ready to go
LC. How about doing LC process right after having a discussion in TPAC?
