Hi, We now have repositories for every specification we intend to do for phase 1, which means that the group agreed on which work to use as a base. As far as I know, only the Telephony specification hasn't move its work on its dedicated repository. I think it is time for us to let go the proposals/ directory. It is getting confusing because it is not clear whether the proposals live there or not and where to file issues. I would like us to use the sysapps/sysapps repository for general group management. The most obvious usage would be to file issues related to the group but not to a specification in there. We might host some documents too but maybe the wiki is a better place for that. Anyway, I had a quick look at the documents in the proposals/ directory and it seems that except the "Requirements for Security Model" document, everything could be deleted. Given that "Requirements for Security Model" is intended to be published as a Working Group Note as far as I remember, we could probably have it moved to the wiki or create a sysapps/notes/ repository on GH or a notes/ directory in sysapps/sysapps/. It seems that other WG usually use a wiki page. I think that using GH for that purpose will be a bit of an overhead but we could do that if the members of the group want to. John, what do you think? Is there any document I am missing and that was published there and should be moved to a specific repository? Thanks, -- Mounir
