RE: (Reminder) RE: Logistics for Madrid face to face and registration

Hi all,

To help me with logistics I ask you kindly to:
-register if you plan to attend and have not done it yet (even the official deadline is April 2nd I would appreciate you do it ASAP and ideally by EOB Tuesday, March 26th)
-send me an email with your passport number if you have not yet done it yet
-inform me in case you have registered but finally cannot make the meeting.

The logistics information along with some suggestions for hotels are now available for our first face to face, which will take place on 9-11 April 2013 in Madrid, Spain, and hosted by Telefonica.

Please note that the agenda isn't yet fixed so please discuss any changes you would like to see on this list.

To speed up entry on the first day, you are also advised to provide you passport number to Eduardo, see the above links for details. Everyone will be required to bring their passport with them to the meeting for security purposes.
