Effective immediately, I'm stepping down as co-chair of the SysApps
working group.

Unfortunately, chairing this working group creates a conflict of
interest with some of my other responsibilities.  I wish you all the
best of luck, and I hope that I'll be able to contribute to the
working group in the future once the conflict of interest is resolved.
