Why are the owl:FunctionalProperties in http://www.daml.org/services/owl-s/1.0/Grounding.owl such as owlsProcess not declared to be owl:ObjectProperties as well? They do have objects as range, but not having them as ObjectProperties makes parsing unnecessarily difficult. For example, the Jena parser will not recognize them as OntProperties although they are clearly intended to be, aren't they?
