Re: quick look at membership, and proposed clause for this group's charter

Establish what constitutes a contribution, this might be an article, presentation, posted discussion on a blog etc. . We keep a chronological log of links to contributions in which we list each member responsible for the contribution. We could also create separate listings per member once the amount of contributions warrants this.
