quick look at membership, and proposed clause for this group's charter

Greetings all

Its 34  in this community  now, and looking at the profiles of those I have
met
I can see a variety of backgrounds and skills

this can be very useful!  Welcome all

Fact is, we have not yet  heard  from
many group members

we are now  considering a
clause for this group charter to state that

1. taking a stakeholder survey (to be circulated shortly) is required to
acquire/maintain membership


2. members must commit to a minimum level of contribution to the group's
work
 (this can be leading pr contributing to a discussion, participate in some
activity from the group's schedule, , writing a blog post or anything else
they consider relevant), to discourage long term silent lurkers

Please let us know if anyone has strong objections to the clause or other
suggestions
to increase members activities and participation
