I am thinking of creating a  questionnaire to help answers some of the
questions and make some of the decisions
(will follow)

we may have to decide what to do with lurkers ( people do not answer
questionnaire and do not take any action to actively participate/contribute
this group activity)

I may try to make our first call to discuss these issues and chat a bit
online for a few minutes if anyone has time
