hswi @wims13 Workshop programme finalized and co-chair

Greetings all

Thanks to Roberto for taking the lead on the workshop, we now
have a tentative programme, posted below

We are hoping to be able to set up some streaming of the event for this
community then a  virtual panel/meetup  to interact with the floor, if the
organisers have no objections

Regarding the co-chair, after a promising electoral pledge, Benji was
unfornately side tracked to other work  and left the group, so the current
runner up is Martin, which should be nominated co-chair at some point soon.
