[API] Possibly late for API TF meeting

Hey, all. I'm on the way to the airport for a last-minute flight due to a
death in the family.

I'd hoped to be comfortably seated at the gate before the meeting starts,
but that's looking unlikely.

If I'm late for the call, please start a hackmd.io doc and start building
the agenda.

The three things I'd like to talk about:

1. Progress reports for implementations.
2. OAuth. What's our strategy?
3. Streaming API. Is the SSE doc the right approach? How do we test it?
