I’ve got quite a bit of sysadmin experience, have run a forum before, and even wrote the first SSO module for OpenID. I was also in the working group that created ActivityPub. That said, I do think SocialHub and W3C spaces serve different roles and should stay separate. SocialHub’s openness and diversity are strengths, including allowing pseudonymous participation, while W3C tends to have stricter norms and expectations. Happy to support wherever useful. > > Evan > > > On August 1, 2025 10:36:48 AM PDT, Darius Kazemi <darius.kazemi@gmail.com> > wrote: > >> SocialHub (https://socialhub.activitypub.rocks) has an upcoming forced >> transition on September 10, 2025 when the domain that hosts their email >> service (required for ongoing operation) expires.
