Hey all: Since TPAC often functions as a natural "check-in" point for people watching from a distance without contributing or attending many meetings, I thought it might be a good time to consolidate our scattered meeting minutes. I took the liberty of copying over and linting the hackmds, and linking to minutes already published through the W3C minuting tool, such that https://github.com/swicg/meetings is, at least for now, the most comprehensive place for catching up on the group's activities since TPAC last. I also updated the "RESOLUTIONS.md" table in that folder, at least for resolutions that were clearly formatted as such in the notes. PRs anywhere in that repo are welcome to tag me as well as the chairs, in case I missed anything or misquoted anyone in this admittedly "best-effort" editorial effort.
