New snapshot of Activity Streams 2.0 context v1.11

Based on our previous call, I added a new versioned snapshot of the 
Activity Streams 2.0 context.

https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams-history/

This version includes the vcard: namespace in the main context, as well 
as the alsoKnownAs term.

It's been the main version of the context for a while, but this is the 
first time we've made a versioned snapshot.

If you need a stable version of the context document, you can use either 
of these URLs:
