A reference implementation of an ActivityPub server would be a good step
forward. Maybe at least 1 server and 1-2 clients? Currently, prospective
developers seeking to adopt ActivityPub have no reference implementation,
and thus default to the impl-specific quirks of whomever they wish to
target for federation. I can see this going hand-in-hand with the test
suite work as well.
