-1 to elections

Given the smallish size of the group, I suggest we consider voting as a
last option, rather than a preferred initial approach. I'm reminded by the
motto of the IETF

"We reject kings presidents and voting. we believe in rough consensus and
running code"

For a detailed understanding of this concept, along with the potential
pitfalls of voting, I recommend reviewing RFC 7282.

You can access it via this link: https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc7282

IMHO, Aaron and Nightpool should be asked if they want to continue. Given
their significant contributions to Mastodon and the IndieWeb communities
respectively, I believe their guidance would prove invaluable. However,
this is contingent upon their interest and availability.

In case they are unable to commit, the ideal candidate should be an
individual who has the time, willingness, and capability to organize our
group activities effectively, including helping with scribing etc. Someone
with all ACKs, but no NACKs.
