Re: Issue Triage livestream

An update! I did this process today, and frankly I think it went really well.

Here are some notes:

- I added a process notes doc here: https://github.com/w3c/activitystreams/wiki/Issue-triage 
- I managed to assign or close 6 out of 59 issues. It was a good start!
- Based on a recommendation from Amy Guy about 5 years ago, I started a Primer subsection of the Activity Streams pages on W3C wiki https://www.w3.org/wiki/Activity_Streams/Primer 

For the next time around, I’m going to try to set up an Owncast stream to use instead. And I’ll be going after ActivityPub issues instead. I’ll share a calendar invite when I have one.
