Worked ok for me with OpenOffice 2.3.0 

I've attached pdf rendition from that - unfortunately the html version was unreadable.

Jeff,

I could not open the file, neither with powerpoint nor with open office. 
I wonder whether you use the latest version of powerpoint that I do not 
have on my machine and OpenOffice cannot do anything with:-(

(I have Office 2002 on my machine)
