I have a couple of small requests.

1. Please don't forget to sign up for the F2F meeting. If you aren't able
to make the meeting, please could you indicate that on the F2F Web site, as
that will help us to gauge the numbers [1].

2. Please could you take a look at Ivan's FAQ, and let us know if you have
any comments. We decided to get the thumbs up from 10 people before
considering the document complete [2].
