I now have some information regarding the time line for including 
collateral into the conference pack for the ESTC. Please see below.

Currently the W3C office in Germany only has generic W3C collateral. If 
we want to include collateral about the Semantic Web then we will need 
to create it. Given that we have a couple of months, I do think that 
that's feasible. Is anyone interested?

materials (250-300 copies) arround 1-2 weeks before the conference which
starts on May 31st. We can also present them at our presentation stands.
