Draft use case from BT

Hi,

Susie asked me to send the attached to this list. It's a draft use case
description as discussed on the last call.

Using the audience segmentation suggested by Susie (i.e. industry,
application, and role) I'd say it's Telco, semantic web services,
architect / developer. I also plan to create a shorter version that is
aimed at a non-technical audience.

I'd be very interested in any feedback (say by 5th Feb).
