[Resource Gathering Task] Michael Bergman's tool site

but is is worth drawing the attention of SWEO explicitly on Micahel
Bergman's site:

On the one hand, it is a (new) list of various tools. On the other hand,
the approach is interesting (an alternative to wiki): use google's web
spreadsheet facilities to store and edit the data, and use Exhibit to
display that data. It is some sort of an alternative to Wiki, with teh
advantage that the generated user interface is nicer than a traditional
wiki page. Worth noting for other resources...
