Next F2F Meeting

I propose that we accept the invitation of the Oil Industry Association 
to host the next F2F meeting in Stavanger. I also propose that we start 
the meeting on the afternoon of Sunday April 22, and have Monday April 
23 as the main day when we do our work. I will finalize this arrangement 
on Monday, unless there is a mass protest!
