What seems to be the simplest and the smallest hassle is to use a URI under the SWEO area, something like http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/sweo/public/InfoGather (the last bit of the URI is to be chosen by you...) and our system guys can and will redirect it to any IP address that, I presume, Kingsley can provide. The only extra requirement is that, when the time comes, there should be some clear backup mechanism either by OpenLink or some wget on our side, so that the content could be reproduced if (sorry Kingsley!:-), say, OpenLink goes out of business:-) Is that o.k.?
