This was something that I'd produced while working on the schemas,  
partly in order to support something that Simon Jupp was doing in  
SKOSEd, and partly as an experiment to see if it was feasible to do  
the generation of the DL schema from the original -- it's done  
through an XSL translation, making use of the "SN" comments to  
determine which pieces to drop. Bit grubby, but it works :-).

I would not consider it part of the Recommendation package.
