WG charter extended to 31 December

From the minutes of this week's telecon:

RESOLVED that the WG charter be extended through to December 2009
in order to perform outreach with the SKOS, RDFa and HTML communities.

(which really should have been proposed as "To request that ...")
((Sean, are you going to announce these minutes to the list?))

The Director has now approved this extension. The announcement
to the W3C Advisory Committee reads:

The Working Group will perform maintenance and other "life-after-
recommendation" work on its existing specifications.

During this extension, the SWD Working Group in conjunction with
the XHTML2 Working Group (chartered to end concurrently) will also
continue to serve as a home for the RDFa task force. We expect the
Task Force to provide further input to the HTML Working Group on
incorporating RDF semantics directly into HTML documents,
leveraging its work on the RDFa Recommendation.

Ivan Herman replaces Ralph Swick, the group's long-time Team Contact.

Thanks to Tom and Guus for agreeing to continue to facilitate whatever
work the Group decides to do. My understanding from our telecon
discussion is that the expectation is to only call Working Group
telecons as needed (e.g. based on some proposal in email to
the WG list) and that Ben will continue to coordinate the RDFa
Task Force telecons on a more regular basis.

Meanwhile, I'll be cheering you on and trying to complete my
remaining action items :)
