Jeremy, In ISSUE-173, you comment: [[ 13) 9.6.4 (clarification of substantive material) Unlike similar paras, this one introduces a normative requirement (in the first sentence). I suggest this should be added as S35a. ]] The first sentence of 9.6.4 discusses the disjointness of skos:Concept and skos:Collection. However this constraint /is/ already present as S36. Is there something else you were highlighting here?
