SKOS comment

HI,

IMHO, Knowledge Organization System always indirectly represents certain
reasoning action. In the presence of  an united reasoning model it's a
possible representing any Knowledge Organization System. If not, it is very
ruefully.
Have the SKOS developers such united reasoning model?
