ACTION: Guus and Sean propose some owl:imports text for Primer [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2008/05/06-swd-minutes.html#action01] The proposed resolution to this issue is to remove reference to owl:imports from Reference and insert text into the Primer. I've updated the wiki page [1] with some proposed text and consider this action done.
