Well, I have less time than expected in order to be a bit more constructive, so just a few not-that-worked-out suggestions - perhaps just a Wikipedia reference [1] could be enough for an informal overview of OWA with a link to CWA and related general field of KR. Paper [2] provides also some info and comparison of OWA and CWA, however, this is not it's primary topic.
