and I took an action to ask the SWD for advice about this. We think we 
want a SKOS-based generic approach to solve this. I understand that you 
are moving quickly with the use case document now, and I would like to 
know if it is unlikely to be addressed by SKOS, or if it could, what I 
should do to get it in.
