Re: [SKOS] NASA taxonomies

This is great news for SKOS!

I had a quick look at it (taxonomy format DTD + psv files), and it seems 
that there is no special new requirement.
Everything actually seems to fall directly into SKOS core, except for 
"concept codes". But these are neither new (there are other use cases 
exhibiting such codes) nor impossible to deal with (either by 
specializing a labelling property or using prefLabel in combination with 
zxx xml:lang code, according to Jakob Voss' trick)

Wasn't it for the NASA aspect, I would ignore this case with my best 
blasé posture ;-)
